Salmon Boats – Easy & Made Healthier with Fortune Honey's Tualang Honey

Ingredients
  • Parchment Baking Papers, 2
  • Salmon, 4 pieces
  • Asparagus
  • Mushrooms
  • Scallion
  • Olive Oil, 4 Tablespoons

 

For the sauce: Mix in a bowl-

  • Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Cloves, 2 crushed
  • Tualang Honey, 3 spoons
  • Dijon Mustard, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

 

  1. Cut each piece of salmon lengthwise (not to the bottom) and open to the outside. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the baking paper in 2, fold as in the video, tie the ends and open into a boat shape.
  3. Place the vegetables in the baking paper, add a little olive oil, salt and the salmon pieces on top.
  4. Pour Tualang Honey sauce generously and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
