Anti-Aging Milk & Honey Bath Recipe

  1. Combine milk, honey, and almond oil in a jar or blender.
  2. Shake or mix well so that the honey is incorporated thoroughly.
  3. Run a deep warm* bath. *Not too hot or it will destroy the beneficial enzymes and nutrients of the honey.
  4. While the bath water is running, pour in the milk & honey & oil mixture.
  5. Soak for 10-20 minutes. Rinse with fresh water.
